Melva Lea Beacham

Biography

Melva Lea Beacham has served the Lord and worked to extend His Kingdom all her adult life, working as church planter, pastor, teacher, psalmist, missionary, author, and conference speaker.

During the ’80s and ’90s, Melva had a leading role in an international prayer movement based upon the revelation contained in “The Lord’s Prayer.”

In 2005, the Lord relocated Melva to Jerusalem, Israel, to further develop her heart and understanding of prophetic timing and His love for the Jewish people. For four years she was privileged to serve as Director of International Development for Christian Friends of Israel, Jerusalem.  Drawing upon this wealth of past experience and also from living in Israel, she works to break down walls of division between the Body of Christ and the Jewish people.

Today Melva travels nationally and internationally, awakening the Church to the prophetic moments in which we live.  She connects congregations worldwide with Messianic congregations and ministries in Israel.

Melva has authored a book: “Stop! Look! Listen! The Lord’s Prayer For Young People”. This 8 week curriculum on prayer is designed to equip children and young people to discern the voice of the Lord.

Whatever her assignment, Melva’s heart is that each person to whom she ministers will be forever changed by the power of the tangible love of God.

Melva is married to Australian apostle, Jeff Beacham.  She has three grown children and five grandchildren.
